Join Us and Follow in the Footsteps of St. Francis & St. Clare
Join us in the fall of 2025 for a profound pilgrimage to Assisi, Rome, and other destinations in Italy’s Umbria region as we follow in the footsteps of St. Francis and St. Clare. This pilgrimage offers a unique opportunity to connect with the life of these two beloved saints. Inspired by St. Francis’ commitment to poverty and prayer, St. Clare founded the Poor Clares, creating a transformative example for women’s monastic life.
The pilgrimage begins in Rome, where we will learn about the roots and dramatic history of Francis’ church. From there, we travel to Assisi, the beautiful medieval home of Francis and Clare. As we explore the sacred sites and breathtaking landscapes of Assisi and its surroundings, we will immerse ourselves in the inspiring legacy of the man and woman who deeply influenced the Franciscan tradition and Christian spirituality.
Each day, the pilgrimage will include moments of prayer, contemplation, and reflection, allowing you to deepen your spiritual connection in places hallowed by centuries of devotion. This intimate pilgrimage is limited to 24 participants.
All deposit payments are fully refundable through June 1, 2025, and will be applied to your total pilgrimage cost. Want to save on convenience fees? Total 2-week pilgrimage cost, including non-stop roundtrip airfare, overnight accommodations, 2 meals per day, tour guides, admission to all attractions, and transportation in Italy is only $4,299 per person (double occupancy). A limited number of single rooms will be available with a single-room supplement of $1,399. Departure & return flights will be from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta.
