Join Us to Celebrate

Surviving & Thriving – Sunday, Sept. 19

and Hear Randy Siegel, author of

Change Begins Here

Although the Coronavirus remains with us, it’s still a good time to celebrate surviving the pandemic. Join us Sunday, Sept. 19 at 5:00 p.m. in Brevard (or join us online at 5:30) and enjoy an enlightening presentation. Admission is free, and electronic tickets — required for the in-person event — are available HERE.

Our friend Randy Siegel has just published the book Change Begins Here: Adopt the Mind of Christ and Build a Better World. Randy is an author, speaker, consultant, and visual artist. Come hear Randy talk about inner and outer transformation. If you wish, you can purchase your own copy Change Begins Here at the event. (In case you’re wondering, Randy’s definition of “Christ” is very broad, and is relevant to seekers, the “spiritual but not religious,” and non-Christians, among many others.)

The title of Siegel’s book announces what it’s about: becoming the change we want to see in the world. “We are in a time of transition,” he says. “Faced with massive ecological, economic, socio-political, cultural, and spiritual shifts, our very survival depends upon our response. In these uncertain times, many of us are feeling hopeless, anxious, overwhelmed, and paralyzed.” His book issues a “clarion call” to awaken to the realization that change begins with us — that we can become “architects, ambassadors, and workers for a new age of unity, sustainability, peace, and love by embracing Christ or Unity Consciousness.” Rather than platitudes and generalizations, Randy’s book is filled with stories, personal illustrations, and practical guidance to help the reader respond to this urgent invitation. Read more about Randy and his new book HERE.

On Sept. 19, we’ll gather in person at Elk Haven Wellness Center in Brevard, where our offices are located, or online via Zoom at 5:30 p.m. Gathering time for the in-person event is 5:00 p.m. Eastern, and the program with Randy Siegel begins at 5:30 p.m. There is no admission fee, and donations will be accepted at the door. Light refreshments will be served beginning at 5:00 p.m. Following CDC guidelines, vaccinations and mask-wearing are strongly encouraged.

Free tickets — required for the in-person event — are available HERE. If you plan to join us online rather than in person, register in advance by sending us an email  (register@centersw.org). We will send you will a Zoom link 48 hours prior to the event.

Randy Siegel will speak Sept. 19 on the topic of his new book Change Begins Here
