Join us at Elk Haven Wellness Center and immerse yourself in the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga and nurture your body, mind, and spirit in a warm, welcoming community. Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor Betsy Perry will guide you through a series of revitalizing poses and meditative practices that will unlock the full potential of your inner self.

Kundalini Yoga draws on an ancient spiritual practice that:

  1. Releases energy in the body bringing relaxation and healing to muscles, bones, and organs.
  2. Brings new prana or life essence that sustains you through breathing in specific ways.
  3. Places you in touch with oneness with all things through meditation.

The physical postures can be done at all levels and abilities. Whatever your body can do is perfect, as your body is your greatest teacher. The breathing patterns can positively change your body chemistry and place you in a more reflective and receptive way of seeing and being. Classes are $20 each, or you can save by purchasing 12 tickets for $200 HERE at Eventbrite. Drop-ins are welcome, and you can pay in person with cash or check.
